FreightVyper is a demonstration freight booking platform operated by Loadsure. It exists to show how Loadsure cargo insurance can be built into a freight booking flow. It is not a live booking service, and no real freight is booked through it.

What we collect

Your Google account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to check that you have been given access and to show who is signed in.
Access list. If a Loadsure employee invites you, your email address, the name they enter for you, who added you and when are stored so you can sign in.
A session cookie. After sign-in we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including the email address of each sign-in, for security and troubleshooting.

Demo shipment data

Shipments shown in FreightVyper are fictional. Shipment details you enter are kept in temporary memory and are cleared when the demo is reset or restarted. When you request an insurance quote or buy cover, the shipment details are sent to Loadsure's demonstration (test) environment. Please do not enter real customer or personal data into shipments.

How we share information

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing. It is processed only by Google (for sign-in), our hosting provider (Railway), and Loadsure's own systems as described above.

Removing your access and data

Access you were given can be removed at any time, which deletes your entry from the access list. To ask for this, or with any question about this policy, contact your Loadsure representative or email jim.heide@loadsure.net.
